He has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of machinery and building upgrades as well as managing multiple employees and projects. Previously, as President of Heartland Health PPE, he secured orders with the State of Ohio, fulfilling millions of masks needed for the Ohio Stockpile Program.

Leslie has over 20 years of experience in the propane industry and is responsible for managing a wide variety of daily operations ranging from scheduling and routing to accounting and customer service. She and her husband, Gary, have over 35 combined years of experience in the propane industry. He has in-depth knowledge of residential, commercial and agricultural propane systems set-up, installation and service. Gary and his wife, Leslie, are a formidable pair and coupled with the other Champion Propane team members, are determined to offer customers a courteous, safe, reliable propane service in the Southwestern Ohio region.
